The perfectly-proportioned blend of micellar water and weightless oil create a dual-phase formula that easily dissolves makeup, while Pro-Vitamin B5 conditions so your skin feels soft and fresh after use.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Uses the strength of micelles (microscopic spheres suspended in soft water) to attract dirt, oil, and makeup like a magnet.
A powerful, natural moisturizer found in mushrooms and avocados.
Contains allantoin, which helps soothe dry skin.
HOW TO USE

Seamlessly melt away the day and your makeup.

  1. Shake well before use. 
  2. Squeeze onto a (reusable!) cotton pad until Milky Oil is fully absorbed. 
  3. Press the saturated cotton pad onto eyes to melt makeup before gently wiping away.
